These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods
through this website you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each
order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms
All accessories supplied with a product are subject to upgrade or change at the
manufacturer’s discretion. We will supply the product(s) as supplied to
us by the manufacturer. Accessories include Memory Cards/Sticks, brackets, cables/connectors
and TV Stands/Cabinets. This list is not exhaustive.
On ordering you must provide us with your billing address and a registered landline
telephone number, which should match with the details your bank has for you. Incorrect
information may cause delays on orders. Your order will only be processed once
payment in full is received. You may pay by cheque, postal order, telephone order,
BACS, CHAPS and through the online credit card payment system. We will not dispatch
the goods until payment has been cleared which can take over 10 days with Paypal
and Worldpay, usually 3 to 5 days from receipt of cheques, next day by BACS and
same day/next day on Telephone and Chaps/Transfer payments.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at
any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money
already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you
for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges are added at the checkout unless the item has “Free Delivery”
listed with it.
Delivery should be expected within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment
unless otherwise stated. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated
but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes
outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate
only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses
caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If ourselves, or our suppliers
are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should
allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days,
you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid
by you for the goods.
Upon enquiry or Order, you should receive information, which will include the
stock level and expected delivery time.
If you are unavailable to accept delivery, then a ‘call card’ will
be left and you can collect from your local depot with the credit card or identification
used to make the purchase, or alternatively call them to arrange another delivery.
If you fail to contact the local depot to arrange collection or re-delivery, your
item will be returned to CVS and you will be subject to an additional return fee
delivery charge, which may be deducted from a refund if requested.
Receipt of Goods
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for
them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not
be left without a signature from an Employee, Family member or yourself. From
the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall
be your responsibility.
Damage in transit
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 48 hours from
delivery. Failure to do so may affect our refunds policy with our suppliers.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown
on the carrier's delivery note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment
note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 48 hours from delivery.
In-Correct Goods: It is possible that unmarked box’s can be mixed up.
Although this has never happened to us as yet, we must say that it is your responsibility
to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 48 hours from delivery.
Product Guarantees - General
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's
Guarantee for a period.
Please ensure you fill in your guarantee slip and send it off to the specific
Delivery and Collection charges are not covered within a Manufacturers Guarantee.
Product Guarantees - TFT LCD Monitors and Televisions
The screen on TFT displays is made up of thousands of tiny pixels. A 15"
flat-screen with a resolution of 1024 x 768 for example has 786423 pixels. Each
pixel comprises three sub-pixels (red, green and blue) so on the 15" above,
there are almost 2.4 million dots in total. Behind each pixel is a transistor.
When a transistor fails it manifests itself as a bright, dark or coloured dot
on the screen that stands out from the rest.
Today's production techniques unfortunately cannot guarantee an absolutely fault-free
screen display and buyers should be aware of the possibility of imperfections
(in the form of a few isolated constantly lit or unlit pixels) before choosing
to purchase a TFT monitor or television.
Due to this, there is indeed a commonly accepted 'tolerance level' by which
TFTs may display such imperfections (or stuck pixels) without being classified
as faulty. As such, we can only take back displays as faulty for refund/repair
IF the number of stuck pixels exceeds the manufacturer's guidelines.
The number required for the monitor or television to be classed as faulty does
vary between manufacturers. Please check with the relevant manufacturer as to
their ‘tolerance level’
Cancellation of Orders
Faulty Products upon delivery
If your product is faulty upon delivery, please contact our customer support
helpline within 48 hours from the date of delivery to arrange an exchange/refund
If your product is found not to be faulty, you will be charged the cost of collection/delivery
and test/inspection labour. If the condition of the product is not ‘as
new’ or there are missing parts/accessories then we reserve the right
to impose a charge to cover the loss. Missing accessories will also be charged
to you at current retail price.
Faulty Products after 7 days from date of delivery
If your product develops a fault after 7 days from date of delivery, please
contact our customer support helpline.
